Снова Solview и Soldraw

Проблемы с Solview  и  Soldraw не новы.
Мой Автокад перестал правильно строить проекции и сечения. В полностью привеленном ниже фрагменте, сначала создана простейшая деталь ( втулка ), а потом приведены итоги работы  команд Solview  и  Soldraw. В итоге сечение не получается.
Подскажите в чем может быть дело?
